Bike tour - CLIMB TO TULOVE GREDE 2020
Summer is coming to an end and there is no better way than to see it off in the best company ... and ON A BIKE!
Behind us are three successful cycling races this year and each was great, cheerful, well organized with all the respected recommendations to preserve the health of each participant. We are glad that you recognized the Heart of Velebit as a great event, which took care to meet the needs of even the youngest cyclists. And the last in a series of cycling races that will take place from 11.09. - 13. 09. will continue in the same tone - health, activity, fun, and good food.
Program:
- Friday, September 11, 2020 -guide bike & hike tour - (by bike and on foot)
-bike under Tulove grede (45 km) and on foot to the top 1120 m / nm) + 2.5 h walk
-bike under Zir (30 km) and on foot to the top (850 n / m) + 2.5 h walk

- Sunday, 13.09.2020. - guided tours of your choice:
- River Deep Mountain High - family, moderately difficult - a tour of 20 and 40 km, depending on fitness
- Winnetou - Lika-Velebit- sea - medium condition and very demanding technically (heavy surface), magnificent views. 43 km, return by van (surcharge 150 kn for transporting a person and a bicycle back to Lika
- The heart of Velebit Epic - a new very, very difficult trail both in terms of condition and technically. 78 km of roads and wild Velebit. Bike adventure for the most prepared! The best mtb track in Croatia!
Participants can, at their own choice, participate for 1, 2, or 3 days.
The entry fee is the same for one, two, or all three days of the event.
Entry fee includes:
- Friday - guided bike & hike tour (by bike and on foot)
- Saturday - race Sunday - guided tour 150 kn for registrations and payments until 25.08.2020.
- 180 kn for registrations and payments from 25.08.-11.09
- 200 kn on the day of the race
The application is complete only with the payment of the registration fee and the completed form!
Entry fee includes guides, water, and drinks on the tracks, dry-fit T-shirt, lunch on Saturday, organizational costs of the Bike Tour and Race.

Number distribution: Pick up numbers Friday 8: 00-9: 30, Saturday from 8:00 - 9: 30h in the Hostel
Winners announced: Hostel Sv. Rok, 1:00 p.m.
Competitors are provided with: Refreshments with water and drinks, T-shirt, on the track and finish, lunch, medical assistance.
Licensed Race Judge.
Timing: Timing at the finish is done electronically.
Right to perform:
All licensed and unlicensed riders with a valid MTB bike.
A helmet is required.
The trail is not suitable for younger ages. The recommended age limit for minors is 16 years, with a mandatory written statement from a parent/guardian. All competitors under the age of 18 are required to bring a written statement of parent/guardian of consent to participate in the race. Minors under the age of 16 may only perform accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Medals for the first three places in all categories.

Traffic on Majstorska Cesta and other roads is open to all vehicles - cyclists are required to pass vehicles and ride along the right edge of the road.
